You have reached the end of the Album Selection Process. If you have choosen any upgrades, 11-4 Productions will contact you for payment. Once we receive this order form 11-4 Productions will load your pictures onto our server and will email you further instructions of how to begin creating your album(s). I would like to create my album online. The online set up fee is $29.95 and must be paid before your album is prepared for creation. Please note that 11-4 Productions does not retain a copy of your finished product. If your wedding date was more than 12 months ago, you will need to submit a non-returnable disc to us containing the images you would like to use for your album creation. Online album creation offers you the option of over 150 layouts, including panoramics. I would like to create my album by filling the paperwork out by hand. Please note that 11-4 Productions does not retain a copy of your finished product. If your wedding date was more than 12 months ago, you will need to submit a non-returnable disc with your paperwork containing only the images used to create your album. Completing the paperwork by hand offers you the option of 40 layouts. Panoramic options are not available. I would like to utilize 11-4 Productions Wedding Album design service for $149.
